Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, launches), processing may take longer.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

You’ll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order ships.


3. Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Expedited options are available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered, Bushel & Row is not responsible for replacement.
Please check with neighbors or your local post office.

If the package is lost in transit (never scanned as delivered), contact us and we will assist with a claim.


6. International Shipping

At this time, Bushel & Row ships only within the United States.
If this changes, we will update this policy.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
