Returns & Care
At Bushel & Row, every jar, bottle, and blend is created with intention. Because our skincare and body products are personal in nature and crafted in small batches, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail.
Unopened Returns
If something isn’t quite right, we understand.
Unopened, unused, and fully sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must remain in their original packaging with the protective seal intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment (excluding shipping).
Opened Products
Because our formulations are crafted for skin and body, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This ensures the safety, purity, and integrity of every product that leaves our studio.
We appreciate your understanding as it allows us to continue creating fresh, uncompromised blends for you and for others.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:
